You may only use the Site in accordance with these terms and conditions. You may not, however, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, re-post, or use the content of the Site for public or commercial purposes, including the text, images, audio, and video without The Christmas Party Company written permission. You may not attempt to circumvent any anti-copying or other such protection accompanying the material.

At all times the intellectual property and information relating to client audit assignments remains confidential and must not be disclosed to any third party. Failure to retain client confidentiality will result in the immediate suspension of the employee. Registered shoppers must not participate in divulging or sharing commercially sensitive information to other registered shoppers or via public forums such as internet forums or consumer discussion boards.

By accessing and browsing the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use the Site.

The Christmas Party Company is committed to protecting our users' privacy. To that end, we offer this statement to inform our users of how we define, gather and utilise personally identifiable information. The Christmas Party Company will take reasonable steps to protect member privacy consistent with the guidelines set forth in this policy and English law.

THE CHRISTMAS PARTY COMPANY WILL NOT SELL, RENT, LEND OR DISTRIBUTE PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION COLLECTED ON LINE WITHOUT YOUR PRIOR AGREEMENT. IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES YOU MAY WISH TO RECEIVE INFORMATION FROM SELECTED PARTNERS OR CLIENTS OF THE CHRISTMAS PARTY COMPANY. AT ALL TIMES YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO OPT OUT OF THIS DISTRIBUTION.
